Carol Maureen Creasey was born on 8th April 1944, and has lived most of her life in Kent. She attended Archbishop Tenison’s Grammar School, leaving in 1960 with 2 O levels, in French and Latin. She returned to evening classes during the 1980s, and passed GCSE in Social and Economic History, English Language, English Literature, Psychology, Sociology, and A level Literature.
Her first book MY LIFE IS WORTH LIVING! was published in 1993
Which was inspired by her son, who was born with autism and multiple medical and physical problems. It was published by United Writers Publications Limited.

Most of her working life was spent in retail. She owned her own shop for 5 years and after that managed another for 11 years until it's closure in the 1990's.
In 1996 she started working as a Nanny and looked after 3 children for 6 years.
​
She had 4 children of her own, and now has 4 granddaughters, 2 great granddaughters and 1 great grandson. She lives in Kent with her Partner and best friend Keith their dog Ben and 2 cats called Max and Mia. Her hobbies include reading and going on long walks with Ben. She also enjoys swimming, and playing tennis and badminton. Carol is also an established Public Speaker, and you can catch her at her ,many events .
